She has extensive litigation experience, including handling discovery matters, drafting pleadings, scheduling, and managing the firm's litigation practice. She has worked on cases involving product liability, negligence, fraud, breach of contract, and many other claims. Joyce has a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Texas at Arlington (1978). In addition to an extensive secretarial and administrative background, Susan also has human resource experience in the areas of benefits, staffing and employee relations.
