Contract disputes are the heart of commercial litigation and our experience is extensive. Often, commercial disputes involve extra-contractual claims including
fraud, misrepresentation, and tortious interference. We have
litigated both sides of those battles. We have defended clients
against charges of wrong-doing and have also prosecuted such claims
against individuals and businesses.
