Sinead is a civil litigator with significant appellate
experience. Before joining Reeves & Brightwell,
Sinead served as a briefing attorney for Justice Harriet
O'Neill of the Supreme Court of Texas. In addition, she practiced as an appellate associate in Vinson & Elkins LLP's
Austin office. Sinead has experience representing
clients in state and federal court on matters involving
contract disputes, fraud, unfair trade practices
and products and premises liability.

- Represents major computer manufacturer in several class actions alleging product defects and unfair business practices
- Represented major computer manufacturer in suit alleging breach of contract, fraud, and tortious interference with business
- Represented major insurance company in fraud action
- Assisted major computer manufacturer in management of its consumer-litigation docket
- Represented major computer manufacturer in premises-liability suit
- Represented major insurance company in civil and administrative action against a health care provider
- Represented photomask manufacturer in breach-of-contract action
- Represented pharmaceutical manufacturers of prescription drugs in mass tort litigation; prepared pre-trial motions, including summary judgment motions
- Represented tire manufacturer in mass tort litigation; prepared pre-trial motions, jury charge and charge objections, and motions for directed verdict and judgment as a matter of law
- Represented oil company seeking mandamus relief from a trial court order refusing to compel discovery regarding the bottom-hole location of an oil well
- Represented waste management company in a joint interlocutory appeal/petition for mandamus seeking relief from a trial court order requiring the disclosure of internal audits
