Our lawyers are experienced in regulatory and administrative law. Our lawyers have litigated cases before the Public Utilities Commission ("PUC"), the Texas Workers' Compensation Commission ("TWCC"), the Texas State Board of Pharmacy, the Texas Office of Public Accountancy, and the Texas State Office of Administrative Hearings ("SOAH"). Additionally, one of our partners served as a law clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, working extensively on appeals in complex contested administrative cases.
Our lawyers have experience litigating many of the legal battles that often
arise in, but are not confined to, administrative law including issues of
constitutional challenges, issues related to open records act provisions, the
limits of sovereign immunity, and the scope of official immunity.
